How do I get started?
When will my spot be reserved?

A reserved booking is only complete when both the signed contract and deposit is received. A $50 deposit is required for bookings under $750 and $100 deposit for bookings over $750.
What kind of balloons do you use?

we use premium, high quality latex balloons known for their extensive color range, including unique finishes, made from 100% natural biodegradable latex.
What if we envision something you do not have listed on your website?

We can custom build anything you would like at an additional fee. Please send inspiration photos and ideas so wee can draft something together!
How long does installation take?

Depending on the complexity of your desired backdrop and/or rentals we require at least 1 hour minimum prior to your event.
How far in advance should I book?

It is never too early to book! We do require 14 days minimum for bookings however if you reach out closer to the event and we can accommodate you . There will be a rush fee for events booked with less than 14 days notice.
