Arch Amore Terms of Service

1. Booking & Payments

  • Service Agreement: A booking is only considered "confirmed" once a deposit has been received and a service agreement is signed.

  • Minimums: Standalone "A La Carte" orders are subject to a $250 minimum if not paired with a Signature Collection.

  • Balance: All remaining balances must be paid in full [Number] days prior to the event date to ensure seamless delivery and setup.

2. Customization & Artistry

  • Design Vision: Arch Amore provides artistic and bespoke installations. While we work together to match your vision, final designs are subject to the artist's creative discretion.

  • Floral Orders: Custom flower colors require a minimum of 3 months' notice to ensure availability and quality.

3. Rental Property & Liability

  • Equipment Care: All rental items (backdrops, walls, high chairs, etc.) remain the property of Arch Amore. Clients are responsible for any damage or loss of equipment during the rental period.

  • Safety: Balloon installations are for decorative purposes only. Arch Amore is not liable for injuries or damages resulting from the mishandling or relocation of installations by the client or guests.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Non-Refundable Deposits: Deposits are used to secure your date and source materials; therefore, they are non-refundable.

  • Inclement Weather: For outdoor events, Arch Amore reserves the right to withhold installation if weather conditions (high winds, extreme heat, rain) threaten the safety of the equipment or the quality of the balloon art.

5. Installation & Venue Access

  • Timely Access: Clients must ensure Arch Amore has access to the venue for the allotted setup time. Delays caused by venue restrictions or other vendors may result in an incomplete installation.

  • Venue Policies: It is the client’s responsibility to confirm the venue allows command hooks, weighted bases, or specific backdrop structures.
